Downhill Racer

Downhill Racer is a game I was prototyping in 2016. My aim was to deliver a mix of arcade and simulation handling to keep players in flow state for as long possible, it's designed to be the kind of game you play whlist listening to podcasts and audiobooks.

Heavily inspired by the MX vs ATV games, Downhill racer uses a unique control scheme where steering and rider weight shifting have their own seperate analogue sticks and front and rear brakes are also seperated onto the trigger buttons.

Development of Downhill Racer has been paused but I am planning on returning to it and finishing it one day!
